I've got a few recipes for potions that clear poison, but I don't know of any potion or solution that lifts petrification. And obviously, we aren't dealing with ordinary poison here.

[ For the most part, petrification isn't even really a status effect thing where he's from, and if it is it's almost definitely not be reversible. ]
