[Yukio is there, of course. He has a lot of work to do, and doesn't sleep much anyway (four hours a night, if he's lucky, a sleep schedule fueled by stress and energy drinks). There's a lot of preparation he needs to do before he can actually start compounding any medication or treating anyone, and right now he's carefully sorting through a large basket of clover, tying up little bundles of flowers and little bundles of stems for drying, and collecting any four-leaf clovers in a small bowl (he'll dry those too, once he's finished).
