[It's really not that bad--probably was a ricochet, a gouge near the surface, left bicep, almost superficial. It would need stitches or something, sure. But he's had a really bad week and is pretty grumpy about it okay?]

[And he is, it's only a minute or so later that he spots Sherlock from the sky and lands in front of him. He's looking around as he does so, keeping an eye out for a surprise attack.]

[Stop being over dramatic, Sherlock. His scales were split and it was more akin to a deep cut, and it had bled decently, but he'd live. He was he flung his left arm up, and covering the wound itself with his other hand. Could scales even get stitches?]
