[His smile softens as he looks at Midori, before he glances back to Ginko. For some reason there was still a part of him that needed to hear things like that, that liked being told he was wanted. He doesn't dwell on the why's of that for long, focusing on the small feeling of joy it gives him, the same feeling he gets from just being with Ginko.]

Oh, I like her.

[He reaches out to pet her head, hesitating before actually touching her as though to ask Ginko's permission.]

[So then why did he leave without so much as a word to anyone? His own daemon gently flaps her tail against the trailer and Psi's attention snaps to her at the sound. His expression guilty.]
