Hello everyone!

[The voice of a chipper sounding young woman chimes in over the radio, which may be familiar to some. To those that would recognize her, it's the voice of the rabbit girl from the Prince's Manor.]

Um. I don't know if you remember me much, but... this is Alyss, from the Manor! I'm the one with rabbit ears. [She laughs, soft and self deprecating.] I tried to help some of you get that Rose from the Prince, and... I just wanted to say thank you. For everything you did. I wouldn't be alive if one of your supervisors hadn't protected me.

If any of you are interested, I wanted to tell you that everyone is settling into the Summerlands, and I think we're going to be okay! We don't know if we'll be able to make the people we lost human again, but the Summer Maiden has said that she'll try, and that we can stay as long as we need before finding somewhere else to live.

Reyna and I have decided that we're going to go along with the World Walker Caravan! It's kinda scary, but I think it will be good for us... neither of us really remember much of anything from outside of the Manor! I hope we'll be able to keep up.

Um... Anyway, sorry if none of you cared about this stuff! But, I borrowed a radio for a reason, too... I have a letter for Mr Childermass. If it'd be okay, I'd like to give it to him in person...

I'm pleased to hear you doing so much better. I'd wondered. [His tone is much brighter than it ever was doing that whole debacle during the Manor. It actually is good to hear that they did some good for those people, and they're on the road to recovery.]

The caravan seem like good people, but I wish you both the best of luck and safe travels.

[It has definitely seemed like the carnival has been having a better time since.]

Thank you! I think a lot of us will need a lot more time before moving on... but the fact that we can at all is already a lot better than we had it before.

Maybe we'll see each other again!

Perhaps! I don't believe we introduced ourselves properly, but I am Syrlya. I... [He trails off, not sure his voice is actually recognizable. But how to describe himself is...] Er, I was the plant person.

[It comes out flat, but he quickly moves past that.] You know where you have allies I'd you need it.

[atouts]

[ Well, it's not like he hadn't wondered where the Manor's sad lot had gotten to, so that answers that question... ]

The caravan sounds like a fine idea, Ms. Alyss. I am sure you two will do alright with them. [ Anyway, yes, here's Mr. Childermass, trying not to sound too uncertain about being called out like that (even if it isn't, he assumes, for anything bad). ] I can meet you wherever you are if you like.

Mr Childermass! [She sounds excited, in a blushy kind of way.] Hello!

I'm... near the big tent right now? I haven't ever seen a carnival before, but the Ringmaster said you'd know where to find us.

[atouts]

Hm, yes, I know exactly where that is. [ It's hard to miss the Big Top, even if he's no longer putting on shows there. ] One moment.

[ And it won't even take more than a minute or two for him to appear. There are, of course, a few false starts since 'near the big tent' could mean a few different places, but he's eventually stepping out of the shadow nearest to Alyss. ]

[npcarnival]

[Childermass will find both Alyss and Reyna hanging out there, who both are a little surprised by him emerging from the shadows so quickly. They jump, and then reflexively curtsy, before awkwardly stopping halfway through the gesture.]

Mr Childermass! [Alyss's pale cheeks are flushed. She looks down at the sparkly envelope she's holding, and then up to him again.] H-Here!

One of the faeries in the Summerlands asked me to give this to you. I... I haven't read it! But she said she had done business with you before...

[atouts]

[ Literally anyone at all being so glad to see him will never stop surprising him, here, in England, in any realm, but he takes it in stride and offers them a nod in return to their awkward half-curtsy. He'll also accept the envelope, giving it a quick, curious look. ]

From The Starlight? Yes. I have. [ Interesting, but he shall look at it later, not now, tucking it away in his vest and instead offering Alyss and Reyna a small smile. ] Thank you. I am sure it is important.

[ But what else is there to say after that? ]

So are you two the only ones signing on with the caravan? No others?

Well... We're the only ones that are for sure. A few others are still deciding.

[Alyss is doing all the talking here, whereas Reyna is mostly standing by and occasionally nodding and looking shy.]

It's... hard. Leaving everyone. The other servants feel like our only family, now.

[atouts]

Looks to me like you're taking the most important part of your family with you, Ms. Alyss.

[ Also known as shy fox girl over there. ]

But it is always hard, leaving for the unknown. It isn't a strange feeling to have. Still, as kind as the Summerlands are, they do not change, which may be a problem if it is a change that you're looking for.

Alyss, you said? Well, I'm glad to hear that everyone's settling down as best as possible.

Don't hesitate to ask one of us if you have any questions about the carnival, the Ringmaster, or any of us. I suspect it was a bit chaotic near the end, after all.

[ there's the sound of water sloshing around in the background. Strange doesn't think Childermass will share that letter, Strange wants to know what's in that letter, Strange knows that he can't scry on Childermass in the shadows, ergo the best strategy is to scry on poor Alyss in the hopes he spots part of that letter.

Winning strategy! ]

Yes! It's still taking some getting used to, but it's in a good way. I haven't had a name in as long as I can remember!

[If he's scrying now, he'll see Alyss and Reyna (her fox-featured girlfriend) standing around outside of the Big Top. Alyss is carrying a fancy looking envelope that seems to sparkle with motes of light.]

Do you know where you're going next? I realize... I haven't actually asked the caravan that!

[ He is scrying now and will continue to scry until a) someone forcibly stops him or b) that letter handover happens. ]

Unfortunately, we don't. The Ringmaster doesn't usually tell us until we're actually there or we need to scout ahead—I think she likes to keep it a surprise.

[Bunny? Oh wait a minute-]

Umn... ...I don't know if I ever saw you or not, but I'm really happy you're okay now!! You and everyone too!

...There was still another animal left when I was at the store, so I hope you get to make it really happy later, wherever the Caravan goes next...

[ It takes him a moment to place the voice, but after she says 'rabbit ears' it clicks and he snorts. ]

So that's where you ended up. [ He wasn't in much of a position to follow up on anything, and frankly he'd completely forgotten about her and the bicorn until just now. ]

We got the Rose in the end, so it worked out. Reyna -- was she the one who was a unicorn?
