I wanna get some practise in before the big day, because while we lucked out and the competition guns don't have any iron in them, they're also some kind of space laser nonsense, and that's not really a thing where I'm from, you know?

[Space lasers might not be a thing back home, but ordinary underground puzzle lasers sure are. And the usual sorts of bullets - and guns - aren't particularly iron-based either... He's probably new enough to all this to be exactly in Mari's invitation.]

Weeeeell, they have a shooting range, but just standing around and shooting a target is pretty boring, so I was actually thinking of borrowing some of their equipment... you know, just for a little while!
