Oh yeah,

While we're all looking at our radios again, who all's still around these days? I think we picked up some new people at the last place somehow? I mean for sure we nearly lost some people! Like, Iggy-san almost died, haha... Anybody seen how he's been doing lately since he can't check in himself?

There's still something weird going around but it seems pretty tame in comparison, so everybody live it up a little while ya can! Any lovely ladies still hangin' in there are welcome ta come on a festival date with me~

Ah, also, it was a while ago but I had a talk with Strange-san about Ignatius' Heart situation. Well, mostly I told him Ignatius should go make some friends ta find the answer for getting it back ♥. He doesn't know who, if anybody, has ta do with looking after the Heart but if he actually remembers it after everything else, he might come yell at Childermass-san about the moon or something. Sorry about that!

So, anybody got any feelings on this project so far?

Ignatius is around! He's getting to enjoy this place and recover like everyone else, and,uh, might be a little different if you see him? I don't know if he put himself back together yet...

[Yuya didn't want to blast it all over the radio back when it happened, but now that they have more of an idea what's going on and what it takes to put themselves together... maybe they should be more attentive.]

Are you saying we have two Summer Court generals running out there? When was the last time you saw him?

... The day we got here. [Maybe he caught a brief glimpse here and there, but for the most part Yuya's been all over the place, and it's hard tip keep track of one person like that.]

I called the Ringmaster when it happened! [He prefaces that a bit quickly.] I think it's the same thing that happened to everyone else.

'Put himself back together' huh... It's almost impressive how beat up he keeps getting.

No, I mean--you've seen the way people are splitting into two here, right? And they're acting differently?

It happened to Ignatius too. [Physically, he's okay. Emotionally, he's a mess.

There might be a trace of guilt in his tone.]

It's from being unstable or something, ain't it? That definitely still counts.

So you're familiar enough with him ta be able ta tell when he's acting differently, huh. What was your name again?

[he remembers this voice as one of the fussy ones from the library.]

Yuya. It's not really that I know him well... but it happened to Gongenzaka and both of him were acting different than normal. Like they had only part of his personality, so it was probably the same with Ignatius.

Oh, good ta know, I don't think I've run inta it directly myself yet.

But did ya talk ta him at all, then? [Since he says it was 'probably' the same...] Or just like, saw it happen? Sounds kinda worrisome for a guy the Carnival's technically keeping captive ta do that splitting thing.

I saw him split. [There's a lengthy pause after that, before Yuya admits, slowly:] It... might have been because of something I said that upset him? I think people are splitting because they're upset or afraid.

But I don't think it means he's more dangerous, or anything! If the Ringmaster thought it'd be a problem, she wouldn't let him walk around without supervision, right?

[Wow, what'd you do to him, Yuya?]

Yuya-san. I haven't been here that long, comparatively, but just 'cause she doesn't see a problem or there wasn't one at the time, doesn't mean... [seriously, how much trouble has the Carnival gotten into for exactly these reasons?]

[Yuya sputters.] If he was going to hurt any of us, he'd have done it by now.

[Seriously it's been days and the carnival is full of weaklings.] You know, it's okay to talk to him now if you want. Just because we have to keep him here doesn't mean we have to treat him like dirt.

I dunno, wasn't he kinda expecting that ta be the way it goes? [Illustratively:] What'd ya say ta upset him?

... I told him how the Summer Maiden felt about the court when she left it. [The story of her rebellion with the Ringmaster has gotten far enough, hasn't it.] I wasn't trying to upset him! I was just explaining her side of things, and... it hit something really personal for him.

[Which he's not going to detail that much more intimately, because that's Ignatius' business. He lets out a sigh.]

If he expects us to be terrible that's exactly why we shouldn't be. Otherwise, isn't that just more reason for him to believe the courts are right in killing us?

[Oh hey, that's definitely interesting to know. Shima had noticed some of Ignatius' suppressed doubts about the Courts' actions that first night on the moon, so to learn it's still cropping up this way, enough to apparently cause a magical split... Well, that's technically progress, isn't it. That it was caused by the Summer Maiden's views especially...]

[Shima makes a thinking sound. He honestly doesn't need to be convinced, but it's convenient to have someone voicing this stuff to be heard.]

Well I'm not sure about that. It doesn't sound like it's his place ta worry about what's right or wrong anyway, even if it's obvious ta see.

[Yuya's noticed that attitude in him, but if they believe his opinion and actions can't be changed, what even is the point? They could just get the assurance he won't outright damn then if they let him go.]

Even if he doesn't think it's his place... it doesn't mean he doesn't think about it.
