To pick up where Lambert left off, two members of the carnival definitely know where Ignatius's Heart is—and I've a feeling you know as well.

[ 1: Childermass was on the moon with Shima during that first meeting with Ignatius. 2: if the Ringmaster trusts Childermass with iron, she might trust him with the heart information. 3: of course Childermass wouldn't tell Strange important information that it'd be good to know (personal biases, what personal biases) ]

Ignatius knows that we know where the Heart is. And, should it be returned, he is willing to protect us against the Huntsman.

Turn herself in is what I gathered. I can only hope she doesn't find him at all if that's the case.

[ Good god, who keeps spilling information about the heart? Is everyone useless? ]

Will he, now? [ Yeah, he doesn't sound like he cares for this idea at all. No surprise there. He also doesn't confirm or deny knowing where the heart is but that's probably because it's pointless. Strange has already made up his mind on what to believe. ] And what will that cost us beyond his heart? Because I am sure you already know what my answer is going to be.

All of the split people I met felt different things. They had different feelings from the person they came from and the ones that one side had, the other didn't.

And that meant each side went to do different things..! So the one that's missing should be doing what they're feeling... ...Probably the opposite of what the other side wants to do.

[It's a bit rambling but the gist seems to be: her empathy picked up on differences pretty quick, and that she figures it'll be easier to track one down by assuming their actions based on...the Opposite of the other.

It might not be entirely stupid but it's certainly phrased rather stupidly. Especially since she sounds slightly winded, sounds of thudding occasionally hitting the background.]

I don't know how long we're going to be able to hold this... I've been looking out and there's, like, a lot of guys around here now. But... most of them aren't even trying to get in? Not right now, anyway...

It will cost us surprisingly little. In order for this to happen, we would need to make a short-term deal with Ignatius, so we can temporarily be under his protection. [ and then, in a tone of voice that's just 100% resigned to the fact that he's inevitably going to get yelled at, ]

Should the situation come to it, I plan to take Ignatius up on his offer. He's a man of his word and, more importantly, I trust him.

Temporary until his Queen demands he turn us over. [ Then they're prisoners and that's the end, at least in Childermass's mind. It just isn't a matter of trusting Ignatius alone but he doesn't have time nor energy to sit here and yell at Strange. All he can do is sound resigned and say, ] Do whatever you want. You will anyway. It's not as though you respect the supervisors in any case. Just know that I will not agree to turning his heart over, so you will have to find some other stooge to play along.

[ And that is, unfortunately, the end of this conversation. He really does have to pay attention to his birds if he wants to keep up with what's happening outside the temple. ]

They'll all be useless. Any other differences hardly matter.

[ Considering how he isn't wasting his time to argue with anyone else on the radio, Reira isn't going to get much of a chance, either. She's on her way to what is, for now, a safe place. That's really all he cares about. ]
