Though I wonder if you're really fine if you feel like you need to recover.

I said fine, not good! It's a fine distinction, I know, but there's a difference. One's good already! The other is... enough to work with, to work hard and get better.

[This time was, in many respects, better than the Celebration. Fewer people got tortured, so far as they knew everybody returned 'home' to the Carnival... and it was easy to disavow responsibility for any terrible mistakes those alternate selves had made...]
