[Really, Ginko probably should have started looking into examining those poisoned by the Prince (which is to say practically everyone) sooner. With things as hectic as they've been, the threat of new injuries had pushed that thought aside. Now, though...

Ginko's voice crackles through the radio, clearly tired but brisk and professional (or as close as Ginko gets to sounding professional) nonetheless.]

I want everyone who was kidnapped by the Prince to come by the medical tent to be examined. If you can't for one reason or another, let me know and I can come to you.

For that matter, I would appreciate the chance to run some tests on everyone who ate the food, in case we've still got poison in our systems.

[Thankfully he does hear the announcement as he's drifting off to sleep and it'll be a few hours later when he finally responds. He's late and he's sort of hoping that whoever is making the announcement has gotten their fill of tests.

He sounds groggy at best.]

That's right. Nothing too invasive; for the time being, I just want to look you over for general health and take a couple tissue samples.

Maybe so, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Besides which, the people who are still in the fortress will probably be worse off when they get back; we should start looking for treatments now, and checking on those of you who were the most affected is our best bet for getting started.

[He's been to the medical tent before, so directions aren't needed. When 9S shows up, he has his robot buddy hovering by his shoulder and his katana hovering at his back.

When he spots Ginko, he approaches.]

[More human-looking than Ginko expected, but he supposes by now he should know better than to expect anything about the people who end up in the carnival. He gives a small wave and a smile, his tail flicking.]

That's right. If you sit down we can go ahead and get started.

Uh... well, mostly 'healthy' or 'not healthy'.

I've no idea how running these tests or giving examinations works in the first place, but if you spot some similar symptoms among Miss Akaba and the warden but not Mister Mykk, it most likely isn't due to the Prince's actions. They both were subdued in, erm, a unique way which could explain the symptoms.

I can turn into smoke. I knocked out both Miss Akaba and the warden with my smoke. I've studied the effects, of course, so I knew it could be debilitating, I simply don't know of any long term-effects.

[Can you hear that Strange. Can you hear that sigh. That is Ginko trying to figure out how emphatically to tell you to maybe not do that. Like, maybe it was for the best, but at the same time he's kind of hesitant to endorse turning into smoke and flying into people's lungs.]

I'll keep that in mind. Should I relay any results on that to you? In case that helps with studying those long-term effects.

Ginko keeps shifting things in the tent around as he waits, going over supplies, making sure he knows for sure what's where. He glances over his shoulder when he hears someone come in, his tail flicking.]

I don't mean the ones who're in the refugee camp either. Though maybe it'd be good to test some of them, too? Most of them are more human-looking than a lot of us end up. I kind of feel like testing us would get confusing fast.

It could, but seeing how the effects differ in those who have been changed further by the carnival could be important to treatment. That said, checking on the servants sounds like a pretty good plan.
