PUBLIC CHANNEL - DAY 148

[ After all that super serious fae speculation, surely the Nightrider would have something important to say, right? Of course he doesn't. ]

All right, so which of you jokers put an egg in Pig's pen?

[ If he sounds faintly annoyed, it's because he is. ]

Now I can't get her out of there -- and before you ask, yes, I tried putting her back in the ball, and then she tried stepping on my head. Obviously, I'm just a little concerned why my horse has decided to try and hatch whatever this is-- [ He breaks off midway, yelling away from the radio. ]

Hey! Baker! I told you to leave that alone!

[ And on that inconclusive note, the radio post ends. ]

We do, but I don't think Pig will let someone take her egg, if she's protecting it even from her trainer. There's other Pokemon around, too, of course...

[Scout didn't actually pay quite as much attention to egg groups as she could have, there had been so much else going on!]

Togetic is... flying and fairy? We should make charts.

Charts of what, exactly?

Ones that share egg groups? This kind of thing shouldn't have to be a surprise, at least not after the first time.

Oh, that. I didn't get around to learning much about those, but I'm pretty sure the compatible groups aren't just based on type alone.

[Peridot is evidently not aware that "fairy" and "flying" are literally the names of the egg groups.]

Some of them are. Or there's some correlation, anyway. I know there's one for dragons. Never did understand what made 'dragon' a 'type.'

I barely even understand what a dragon is. It all seems incredibly arbitrary, if you ask me.
