Welcome back to the carnival, everyone. Things may look the same as before, but I assure you, there is no stone that has been left unturned or tree that hasn't been uprooted. We'll have no more stalkers from here on out.

There are a few things of relevance that I have to tell you about. Firstly, Ignatius is no longer in the moon. Instead, he's been relocated to a small island in the middle of the lake. He can't leave it, and you aren't allowed to visit it without my permission. If you do, and he wounds you, you can consider it your own fault.

In a related matter, I've decided to invest my magical energies into granting each of you a ressurection egg, as we clearly can't anticipate any peaceful resolutions from this. If you don't know what that means, it's essentially a ritual spell I'll need your help in completing - once it's done, it will bring you back to life if you happen to perish, but only once. Also, you will have to be in the egg long enough to regrow and hatch. This is no small favour on my part, and it won't work unless your soul can make it back to the egg.

Thirdly, after calling in several favours, I think the location of Eden is almost within view. A few allies will be joining us over the next week and giving us more information. Until then, carry on about your business, as there are some new things you'll have to get used to.

We're going to be organizing the Supervisor guided departments differently from now on. I have explained the details to the Supervisors, and they can fill you in on what will be expected of you. There will not be only six categories: Militia, Acquisitions, Engineering, Management, Administration, and Medical.

Supervisors, feel free to sound off with what group you are leading and what it is for.

If you were already a part of Acquisitions, that much remains the same. We are, however, adding a research branch to our little crew. That would be Mr. Strange, Ms. Mordio, and Ms... [ There's a tiny pause, realizing he has no idea if Tanyuu even has a surname or not. Oh well. ] Ms. Tanyuu.

So the Ringmaster decided that the best place to put a magician of my capabilities and my experience is in research.

If you find that research is suddenly beneath you, Mr. Strange, I will be more than happy to release you to Carly. I am sure she could use another cleaner.

I guess I can handle that. [It’s not too different from what she already does, except for being accountable to a supervisor.] It’s about time we made an organized effort in this area, anyway.

Seems that way. I was going to ask to see it regardless, I suppose this just gives that some official capacity.

[ Only something tells him that Rita won't need a whole lot of supervision on this particular topic, so. It works out. ]

Though now I wonder if we might need an actual workspace to hold everything we're looking into. Before, we'd just leave whatever we took in the storehouse or with whoever requested it, but books and notes, that's different.

Zangetsu, if there's a big fight, I can only imagine it'll be sheer chaos like every other big fight we've had. Just try not to get yourself destroyed.

I'm surprised we don't have a little place of our own given we're growing. [Adding two hot heads to the group seems hazardous. Oh well.] We're not exactly the public face that needs such a thing but given how Miss Mordio and Mister Strange both compile quite a lot...

It's something I've already been thinking about. I never really expected to have one specific place for our own, seeing as before we never really needed one, but I would say now we may.

Good, good. Might be for the best if at least Research has something. To keep them busy, that is. Hmm, seeing as I'm solely under your department now, and fully out of Joker's department, has my job changed any? Or is it business as usual, boss~

Karibusa, if you were wondering for my family name. Would you like me to start compiling all the information we have at present into something more organized?

[She had already begun some of that work at the Anatheum, but given that's it's her actual job now, it seems prudent to make that a priority.]

Ms. Karibusa, then. [ He acknowledges that. The other part, however... ] I believe Ms. Mordio has been compiling everything since we first began finding clues. If you have anything to add, I would ask you to share such with her and then help her where you can.

[ Is he joking? It's hard to tell since his bored-sounding tone barely changes at all. In actuality, yes, he is, but even Childermass has a sense of humor. It's small and difficult to find. ]

[ Sorry, Hades, but he has to pause and frown at the radio and, when he does answer, it's with a hint of disbelief. Like, really? ]

Considering you were assigned to Acquisitions when you first arrived, Mr. Hades, I am surprised to hear you do not understand your job. The Ringmaster surely explained it but, yes, it is a less straightforward way of saying theft. As for what we research, why, I imagine that's up to the researchers but currently, it would be the Queen's Miracles.

(Yes, really. He thinks humans and their subtle masks are hilarious. Acquiring what isn't yours is an acquisition, but it is problematic. Not that he has the morals to stop himself or others. The world has always had a dark side and, technically, he represents it.)

I never said I didn't understand. (He just wanted a chuckle.) Miracles. That word is used for a great many events that barely qualify.
